Ottawa, June 24, 2021 - Because of the safety measures still in place, access is currently limited to people with an appointment. Nearly two years after the groundbreaking event, the Orléans Health Hub welcomed its first clients this morning, Thursday, June 24.

After several years of planning and construction, the Orléans Health Hub will finally welcome its first clients on June 24, 2021. Located at 2225, Mer-Bleue Road, the Orléans Health Hub is a unique and innovative model that combines a range of specialized and community-based care under one roof.

Hôpital Montfort and Infrastructure Ontario announced today that the Orléans Health Hub project has reached Substantial Completion.

The Montfort Foundation has received an exceptional donation for the development of the Orléans Health Hub. The extraordinary contribution of $1,000,000 by Mr. Yves Tremblay and Ms. Sylvie Villeneuve will help improve the care offered to the East Ottawa community.

The first concrete pour has already taken place for the Orléans Health Hub, at the corner of Mer-Bleue Street and Brian Coburn Boulevard.

Orléans, August 20, 2019 - Today, Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, was joined by Laurie Scott, Minister of Infrastructure, Caroline Mulroney, Minister of Transportation and Francophone Affairs, and Robin Martin, Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Health, to announce an up to $75 million investment in the Orléans Health Hub project and to celebrate the start of construction.
